The Fishing is great !
Whether you want to work the drop-offs by trolling, or calmly bobbing around
in your float tube, we have what you're looking for. Crooked Lake is
famous for its abundance of wild rainbow trout. We've had great luck
at many of the nearby lakes and rivers, rich with a variety of wild fish
such as Lake Trout, Kokanee and Rainbow Trout. In all these
lakes you are sure to catch your quota and then some. |

Beautiful British Columbia is the phrase on our car license plates, and it's
no lie. You'll witness some of the most fantastic scenery you've ever
seen. Whether hiking to the Alpine Meadows of Eureka Peaks or
strolling down to Jason Falls you'll have to stop and catch your breath from
the stunning beauty ! |

Bring the Mountain Bikes, ATVs' or Horses for a
ride you won't soon forget !

Plenty of logging roads to explore, or hit the
rougher un-touched areas.
Take the steep hill climb and explore the Alpine, be sure to bring your
camera, so you can capture the beauty of over 1000 different
wildflowers found in an Alpine environment. |

Snow - Snow - Snow
A total Winter wonderland with the best of the white stuff, for you, friends
and family to enjoy ! Whether building snow-forts with the kids,
sledding down the hill, or trying your hand at snow-shoeing you'll be having
a ball ! There is nothing better than the quiet and stillness of a
cold Winter night - a clear sky and a walk in the moonlight along the beach.
Bring your sled and trek up to the Eureka bowl for play time among the

Photographers Paradise !
Check out the wildlife - you won't have to go far - families of deer wander
through the property, right up to the front of your cottage. You'll
see osprey, bald eagles and loons that seem to be putting a show on just for
you - right over the lake. Listen to the wolves howl, from across the
lake - an eerie sound on a calm night.
The Alpine Meadow of Eureka has a large abundance of beautiful scenery,
choose from mountains, wildflowers, and water-scapes. |

Romantic Get-away
Plenty to offer for couples... How about a Picnic Backpack Lunch for two ?
A leisurely canoe paddle along Crooked Lake, down to a sandy shore.
Lay-out a blanket, open the wine, set out the dishes and enjoy the sound
of silence -
just the sound of the lake lapping at the beach.
Evening walks, looking up at the stars, are the best - year around ! |

Around the property...
A kid friendly family resort, complete with childrens' playground
(unsupervised).
The beach area is great for young and older swimmers alike, with a gentle slope to deeper water.
Clear, clean
water and sandy areas make water play enjoyable. Different outside games
are available from the Lodge; croquet, horseshoes, volleyball, and badminton.
Rainy days ?? We have quite a few board games and puzzles up at the
Lodge, which can be borrowed for a rainy afternoon. Come up to lodge and check out the borrowers' library, we might
have something to curl up in front of the fire with. |
